We offer a 1-year warranty on every plate insert. This covers any scratches, fading, or water damage that may happen to the plate. Please note that this warranty will replace the exact insert that was ordered, no changes can be made to the design, name, numbers, etc. Contact support to start a warranty request: custombmxplates@gmail.com

Whether it’s a template or a custom design, we send a proof of your plate that shows what’s on the plate and you will be required to confirm that everything is displayed correctly. We will not print your plate until we have conformation, this way there are no problems with the plate.

If you receive your plate and it is not the right size for your plate (ex: it is a small Box plate, but you have a large Box plate) we are not responsible unless it does not match the proof that was sent and approved.

If you are purchasing a plate that has a template, you can expect it to only take a week or two. If you are ordering a custom plate from scratch, it may take 1-3 weeks. Plates are made in the order they are received so production is dependent on order volume.

If you see a premade template of a design you like but the plate type you have is not displayed/listed, a request can be made to have it converted to your desired plate type.

Yes! If you would like to add a logo to your plate, please email custombmxplates@gmail.com the logos along with your order number. Please also leave a note on your order under special instruction so we know to look out for it! (Please note this may delay production time and low-quality images may not be accepted) If you have a logo you want on the plate but only have a low-quality image of it, we offer a logo recreation fee starting at $20)

No worries! If you know you want a custom plate, but creativity is not your thing, leave it to us! We may ask you some questions like, “what color is your bike? Are you on a team/is there a jersey you typically wear?” to get an understanding of what you may like! This is all covered in the $15 design fee!

We store all designs that we create. This is so the customer can reorder the design without needing to pay a design fee again. This also means that it will become a template, therefore no design fee is needed. Of course, customers may have different logos or colors on the plate...no plate is the same!

If there is a template that you like but wish to swap out small things like the color, logo placements, name placement, etc. you can do so. If there is a drastic change to the design, then a $15 design fee will be charged.

We are in the process of creation an order form for helmet wraps. At the movement we will only be offering wraps for the Fly Race helmet and Bell Sanction helmet. (Other helmets may be requested but will have a template creation fee.)
