Do the plate inserts come with the appropriate plate?

What happens if my plate insert gets damaged?

Accepted Answer

We offer a 1-year warranty on every plate insert. This covers any scratches, fading, or water damage that may happen to the plate. Please note that this warranty will replace the exact insert that was ordered, no changes can be made to the design, name, numbers, etc.

Question 3

How do you ensure that all my information on the plate is correct?

Accepted Answer

Whether it’s a template or a custom design, we send a proof of your plate that shows what’s on the plate and you will be required to confirm that everything is displayed correctly. We will not print your plate until we have conformation, this way there are no problems with the plate.

Question 4

I just received my plate, but it does not fit/there is an error

Accepted Answer

If you receive your plate and it is not the right size for your plate (ex: it is a small Box plate, but you have a large Box plate) we are not responsible unless it does not match the proof that was sent and approved.

Question 5

How long will it take to have my plate made?

Accepted Answer

If you are purchasing a plate that has a template, you can expect it to only take a week or two. If you are ordering a custom plate from scratch, it may take 1-3 weeks. Plates are made in the order they are received so production is dependent on order volume.

Question 6

I see a plate design I like, but I don’t see the plate type I have listed

Accepted Answer

If you see a premade template of a design you like but the plate type you have is not displayed/listed, a request can be made to have it converted to your desired plate type.

Question 7

Can I add my logo or a sponsor logo to a plate template?

Accepted Answer

Yes! If you would like to add a logo to your plate, please email custombmxplates@gmail.com the logos along with your order number. Please also leave a note on your order under special instruction so we know to look out for it! (Please note this may delay production time and low-quality images may not be accepted) 
If you have a logo you want on the plate but only have a low-quality image of it, we offer a logo recreation fee starting at $20)

Question 8

I want a custom plate, but I don’t know where to start!

Accepted Answer

No worries! If you know you want a custom plate, but creativity is not your thing, leave it to us! We may ask you some questions like, “what color is your bike? Are you on a team/is there a jersey you typically wear?” to get an understanding of what you may like! This is all covered in the $15 design fee!

I ordered a custom plate and had to pay a design fee, but now I see it as a premade template with no design fee

Accepted Answer

We store all designs that we create. This is so the customer can reorder the design without needing to pay a design fee again. This also means that it will become a template, therefore no design fee is needed. Of course, customers may have different logos or colors on the plate...no plate is the same!

I see a plate design I like from a template, but I want to make a few small changes

Accepted Answer

If there is a template that you like but wish to swap out small things like the color, logo placements, name placement, etc. you can do so. If there is a drastic change to the design, then a $15 design fee will be charged.

I want a wrap for my helmet!

We are in the process of creation an order form for helmet wraps. I want a custom decal for my bike, how do I order one?

Soon we will have an order form for custom sized decals for your bike, truck, etc.

Yes! We are accepting team sponsorship applications! We currently sponsor a handful of teams and all we ask in return is for your team to run our logo on your jerseys and any other team branded equipment.

We also offer a bulk order discount if you are ordering 10 or more plates of the same design scheme!

I am a local, can I pay cash and pick up at the track?

Yes, but this does NOT include custom design orders unless the $15 design fee it paid up front. 
If you are picking up at a track, please note this in the special notes section of the order. Also be sure to select (pick up) option at checkout.
